Come and join us for a free class. Check out our facility, meet the Community and Coaches.


Prepare for Classes and learn the CrossFit movements with one on one Coaching.


Join our Group Classes with a  Membership or Concession that works with your lifestyle.

What is the Beginners Series?

Functional Strength CrossFit’s Beginners Series consists of three* one-on-one 60 minute sessions.

Why one-on-one?

– Flexibility in session times to suit your busy schedule

– Dedicated sessions to address your personal movement needs

– Gets you into class sooner

Sessions are purely skill based – you will work through the skill sets required to confidently and safely participate in classes. This includes identification of areas of personal strength, work ons, appropriate scaling and progressive goals for your current abilities. Following completion of these sessions you will be equipped to successfully complete classes at an appropriate level for you.

For a limited time we are offering the beginners series at $160 + your first week free!

*Please note in rare cases further one on one sessions may be required before class participation is possible. This will be discussed on a case by case basis.
