Learn the basics of CrossFit by signing up for our On Ramp beginners program or One-on-one introduction.


Join our Group Classes with a  Membership or Concession that works with your lifestyle.

What is the On Ramp Beginners Course?

Functional Strength CrossFit’s On Ramp Beginners Course consists of 6 one hour sessions.

Our Beginners Course is for anyone at any fitness level who is new to CrossFit. We will teach you the fundamental movements you will use, so you are confident to join our Classes after you have competed these 6 sessions.

All movements have modifications and we are happy to work with any limitations you may have.

Beginners One on One Introduction

Our Beginners One on One Introduction is for those that would like to book days and times that work best for them. It usually takes 4 sessions to cover everything.

Up Coming Beginners Courses

Our next CrossFit Beginners Group Course starts 6th May 6-7am.


Week 1: Mon 6 May, Wed 8 May, Fri 10 May.
Week 2: Mon 13 May, Wed 15 May, Fri 17 May.
All classes 6-7am.

Cost $120 for 6 classes.
