Olympic Weightlifting Intro

Three week introductory course covering the basics of the Olympic lifts and accessory exercises. Applicable for; those interesting in starting Olympic weightlifting, those interested in Olympic weightlifting to benefit other sport or training, and novice CrossFitters. Suitable for ages 18 and over.

6-7pm Tuesday and Thursday for three weeks, starting Tuesday 9 June (6 sessions total)

    Coaching

    Our team of coaches offer a range of options for Olympic weightlifting, gymnastics, CrossFit, strength and conditioning, wellbeing or manual handling. These can be offered as one-on-one, two-on-one, or group sessions at a range of price points. Please get in touch with your enquiry.

    Youth Olympic Weightlifting

    With thanks to KiwiSport we are currently offering subsidised youth Olympic Weightlifting programmes. These are currently offered onsite at Functional Strength Olympic at the following times:

    Monday/Wednesday 6:30am-7:30am
    Tuesday/Thursday 3:45pm-4:45pm
    Tuesday Thursday 5pm-6pm

    We currently offer Olympic weightlifting as an extracurricular activity at Pinehurst School, with additional programmes at other local North Shore schools coming soon.
