Our 4-12 week functional WorkFit program is tailor made to the unique demands of your workplace. Our training is designed to help get your employees body moving correctly, build strength, flexibility and stability in areas that are needed the most to ensure their physical fitness in carrying out their day to day tasks.

Pre-Employment Movement Screen

Our pre-employment mobility screen takes your future employee and identifies the strengths, areas to improve on and any preexisting conditions that may impair their ability to carry out work safely.

Core & Back Stability

Our 4-12 week Core & Back stability program has been crafted to build stability and strentgh to the core region. Our training is designed to help get your employees body moving correctly, build strength, flexibility and stability. Ensuring their health and wellbeing are being looked after during their day to day tasks. We recommend this program for employees who spend a majority of their time lifting heavy objects.

Mobility

Our on going mobility program was designed to help reverse the negative effects of the modern day office. Our training will focus on improving mobility through the shoulders, hips and lower limbs to give the best range of motion. We recommend this feature for employees who are seated or standing for long periods of time.

Knees & Ankles

Our 4-12 week functional strength program is tailor made to the unique demands of your workplace. Our training is designed to help get your employees body moving correctly, build strength, flexibility and stability in the knees and ankles. This area is often looked over but if not taken care of can dramatically reduce the quality of life of employees. We recommend this feature for employees who wear work boots and do a lot of standing in their jobs.

Shoulders & Neck

Our 4-12 week functional strength program is tailor made to the unique demands of your workplace. Our training is designed to help get your employees body moving correctly, build strength, flexibility and stability in areas that are needed the most to ensure their physical fitness in carrying out their day to day tasks.We recommend this feature for employees who are in high stress jobs, sitting at computers or lift loads at various heights.
